All convention meetings and meals will be held at the Hotel Fort Garry.  A special rate has been negotiated for accommodation.  Meals will include continental breakfast for Friday, Saturday.  Lunches will be included Friday and Saturday.  Reception following Opening Ceremonies included and Dinner will be included on Saturday (Banquet).
Plans are on-going with Iceland Naturally’s involvement as well.
There will be rooms (that can be locked overnight) available for displays.
