Svava Gestson was the first Consul General in Winnipeg a few years ago. He visited Minnesota a few times. Join us to provide a Warm Minnesota Welcome. Bring a dessert or salad or donate $10.00.

Springhill Suites is behind another hotel, next to the freeway.
All the groups stay at Springhill Suites by Marriott on 2870 Metro Boulevard.

5: Kvennakor Akureyrar- Huge female choir Friday August 10.
6: Senior citizens (25-30 persons) Group arrives Sunday, August 12.
7: A group of ladies (Framsoknarkonur in Reykjavik) members of the Progressive political party in Reykjavik wish to visit Icelandic communities in early September. Details to follow!!
8: Svavar Gestsson. Mr.Gestsson has rounded up some friends (20 persons) for a tour. Group arrives Tuesday, September 18 and stays one night.
