method to locate the individual.
Front Row = FR, Second Row = SR, Third Row = TR, Back Row = BR
As to number: count the number of persons from the left of the
row.
Example for the minister in the centre of the Second Row.

There are four rows of desks. Starting at the left they should be numbered
Row 1 = R1, Row 2 = R2, Row 3 = R3, Row 4 = R4
Count the persons going back from the front of any row.
Example:
The young man in Row 3 with his hand on his knee would be identified
as:
